We are pleased to announce that we are the first Polish company to offer LEI codes for all entities and persons running a business.
What is the LEI Code?
LEI code is nothing more than a 20-character alphanumeric code compliant with the ISO17442 standard, which identifies the entity in the global market. LEI code was created as a response to the creation of a tool that will allow you to easily and quickly verify the company – especially if the entity operates on financial markets. LEI code is mandatory for any entity that deals with financial instruments in the form of shares, bonds or state guarantees.
Who is the LEI Code for?
From January 2018, the LEI code is mandatory for banks, brokers, financial and credit institutions, financial intermediaries, investment funds, pension funds and for any other institution, entity and natural person required to have an LEI code.
Why an LEI Code?
LEI code is not only an obligation, but above all a guarantee and transparency of the company, which is particularly important when operating on financial markets. Having an LEI code, you not only confirm the credibility of your company, but also gain the ability to operate on financial markets, including the possibility of submitting reports on such activities. According to the “no LEI no trade” principle, the lack of an LEI makes it impossible to operate in this area.
How much is it?
Our offer is by far the best on the market. We offer the LEI code with 3 validity periods:
– 1 year: $58.75 net – order form
– 2 years: $102.81 net (annual conversion: $51.41 net for the year) – order form
– 3 years: $146.88 net (annual conversion: $48.96 net for the year) – order form
In addition, with each LEI code, you will receive from us free of charge, a DV validation SSL certificate for the period of validity in accordance with the ordered LEI code.
